Recognitions: In 2025, I was part of a team that worked on an investigation that exposed how Apple supplier Foxconn rejects married women from jobs at its iPhone plant in India, which won the South Asian Journalists Association (SAJA) Outstanding Business Reporting Award. In 2021, a Reuters investigations based on thousands of Amazon internal documents revealed how Amazon gave preferential treatment to select sellers in India and used them to bypass laws and another that showed how the company ran a campaign to copy products and rig search results. The stories received the Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA) Award and India’s most prestigious journalism honour, the Ramnath Goenka award. In 2017, The Philip Morris Files, also received the Ramnath Goenka award.
